Returns & Refund Policy

For every order, We take extra effort and time to check the quality of each product before shipping.

Return

 The products cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.

Return criteria

1. In sarees,the blouse piece should not be cut or tampered.
2. The items should be unused and unwashed.
3. The packaging should have the original invoice, packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
4. There should not be any scratches or deformities on the surface of the product
5. Ensure that any Thread work or Sequins on the product are not damaged.
6. Return request to be raised within 3 days from the delivery date.By writing to email "support@vayatistudio.com" with an unboxing vedio and also citing the reason for the return.
7. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Steps 

1. Once confirmed over e-mail from our end, please ship the product back to us within 7 days. 
2. Shipping charges for return is on the sender.
3. After the product arrives back to us, it would go for a thorough quality check as mentioned earlier and only after it’s approved; it’ll be eligible for return/refund.

Cancellation of your order

• If unfortunately you have to cancel/modify an order, plea do so within 1-2 hours after placing an order, by mailing us all the details at "support@vayatistudio.com"
• If you cancel your order before shipping, for prepaid orders we will refund to your original payment mode, after deduction of 5% payment gateway charges.
• If the courier service providers have already made the booking against your order, or the order/s have already dispatched, no cancellations can be made.
  
• We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/Postal authorities. No cancellations can be made owing to the delay in receiving orders.
